We are excited to announce that Fall Harvest Parties are scheduled for October 31st. Each classroom will have its own celebration, and teachers will set and communicate the specific times with the families of their students. These parties are designed to celebrate our elementary students. Each student is allowed 1 additional guest due to limited space and we ask that siblings and other children not attend, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for all. Please note that costumes are not allowed for this event. We look forward to a fun and festive time celebrating the season with our students!

Dear Families, We would like to remind you that Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on October 24th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., and on October 25th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Please note that school will not be in session on Friday, October 25th. This weekend, please take a moment to check your smoke alarms and replace their batteries. Ensuring that your smoke alarms are working properly is a crucial step in keeping your home safe. Test each alarm to make sure it's functioning, and replace the batteries if needed. If your smoke alarms are more than 10 years old, consider replacing them entirely. Your vigilance helps keep your family safe!

Safety starts at home, and having a fire escape plan is essential. Please take some time this week to create and review a fire escape plan with your family. Ensure that everyone knows the exits, has a designated meeting spot outside, and understands their role in case of an emergency. Dear 5th Grade Parents, We are excited to announce that Student Council elections for the 5th grade will be held the week of September 24-27. To participate, students must submit their campaign posters by Tuesday, September 24, at 8:00 AM. Please note that late submissions will not be accepted. On the morning of Friday, September 27, each candidate will have the opportunity to give a brief speech (30 seconds to 1 minute) to their peers. Ballots will be cast in the afternoon. Student council members will be elected by their fellow 5th graders only. Encourage your child to prepare their speech and campaign materials as we look forward to a great election process!
