Professional Development

The major purpose of the Professional Development Program is to encourage and provide opportunities and activities for faculty members to maintain and improve their professional skills, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the learning process for all district students. With this purpose in mind the Professional Development Committee (PDC) and administration of the Montgomery County R-II School District, in an attempt to implement assistance to beginning and practicing teachers, developed a district-wide Professional Development Program.
